I couldn’t agree more with #3 above (cooking!) I am the same way…I so want to be creative and try new things but I never have all the ingredients at home. In the past what I have done is on Sunday morning I decide what I want to make for dinner that week…typically 3 days out of the week since we do eat our leftovers. Then on Sunday evening I go to the market and buy the ingredients I need for those 3 dinners that I plan on making. You should try that…it makes cooking a bit easier!

Those are so nice goals you set for yourself. I agree with all the above. Cooking is so over rated and I wish I could afford a chef. Luckly for me my husband isn’t a picky eater. It’s not easy being the full time employee, mom, wife, housekeeper, etc. We tend to forget about ourselves and goals are a good way to keep us on track. Good luck with all the goals you set for yourself and I know you can do it. If you can make time between 5 and 6 am go and take classes with me at Evolutions. It makes me feel better through out the day.
