{Obsessed}

And another installment of things I’m obsessed with this week!

Flying Caballos Ranch.  (Image by Cameron Ingalls via The Wedding Standard)  I am DYING to shoot a wedding here!  The ranch is located just outside of San Luis Obispo and is so charming and vintage!  You can even rent rooms in the farmhouse and guest houses that have original furniture.  If you are looking for an outdoor, rustic venue in Central California, you HAVE to check this place out! and p.s. call me to take the photos:)

Chipins.  So the other day Jason went to the store to get baby formula and pedialyte.  While he was gone, a sudden urge came over me for something salty.  You see, I don’t keep “junk food” in the house because I have absolutely no self control when it comes to snacks (especially when I’m home all day long!).  So I texted him and asked him to get BBQ Kettle Chips.  Well, being the experienced grocery shopper that he is(not), he shows up with Chipins.  What the heck are chipins??  Well, they are chips made of popcorn…like a rice cake and a tortilla chip mated.  And they are actually really good and somewhat a healthy snack!  I finished the bag in 2 days.  Told you…no self control.  But don’t worry, it came in a pack of two bags.  Super!

Party Planning.  I’ve always liked throwing parties.  I like having a theme and trying to impress the guests.  For Adriano’s 1st birthday, we had a rockstar themed party.  You can see some photos here.  This year our theme was Toy Story.  I made the invite using Photoshop.  I found a Toy Story image to use and then searched for an etch-a-sketch.  I cut that out and pasted it on the main photo.  I then downloaded an etch-a-sketch font (yes, there is such a thing!) and used that for the writing.  I searched through lots of photos of Adriano and this was the best one that worked with the background image, not the best pic of him, but it works!

The amazing cake was made by Geraldine Dinis and the cupcakes by Jessica Borges.

Buzz Lightyear even made an appearance!
Have a great week!
